Project Goals
The goal was to build clarity and confidence. Ablestar is a powerful tool, but new users were often confused by what it could do and how it fit into their workflow. This video was designed to eliminate that friction by showing real-world examples, simplifying technical details, and helping prospects immediately see the time-saving benefits.
Target Audience
Shopify store owners and e-commerce managers who need to update large product catalogs quickly and without mistakes. These users value tools that are intuitive, reliable, and save time, especially if they’re already juggling fulfillment, customer support, and marketing.
Design Direction
We kept the visuals minimal and brand-aligned using clean typography, UI-inspired layouts, and list-style breakdowns to clearly highlight benefits without overwhelming the viewer. The tone remained clear and approachable, helping the product feel polished, trustworthy, and easy to adopt.
Eye Contact Fix
We corrected the speaker’s eye contact to appear more natural and confident, eliminating visual cues that made it clear he was reading from a teleprompter.
Scripting & Messaging
Instead of listing features, we focused on practical use cases. Showing how a store owner might use Ablestar day to day. This grounded the product in real-world scenarios and helped bridge the gap between “what it is” and “why it matters.”
Outcome
The video became a core video asset on the website, in sales calls, and across onboarding. It helped reduce support tickets from confused prospects and increased engagement with trial users by making the value proposition instantly clear.
