Project Goals
The goal of this video sales letter was to increase conversions and pre-frame the value prospects would get before the sales call. It clearly explained how the offer works and the transformation it delivers, answering key questions upfront. This positioned the brand as an authority and let the video handle the basics, so sales reps could focus on understanding the lead’s situation and closing the deal.
Target Audience
The video was built to speak directly to spa owners, beauty salons, and wellness centers looking to grow their business with high-ROI treatments. Most were frustrated with outdated equipment, poor client results, and little to no marketing know-how. Our message focused on solving that. Offering a device that delivers faster, visible results, paired with a full business toolkit: marketing assets, sales training, and ongoing support to help them succeed.
Design Direction
We followed their brand guidelines to ensure consistency across the entire funnel, reinforcing trust and creating a seamless visual experience from ad to sales call. We used footage of the device in use and real customer clips to build authenticity and credibility.
Getting The Traffic Through Ads
To drive traffic to the funnel, we tested 5 different hooks across 3 key formats: 1:1, 9:16, and 16:9. to match each platform's best practices. The ads ran on both YouTube and Meta, allowing us to compare performance across placements and optimize based on results. Below is one of the winning creatives.
Outcome
This VSL funnel brought in high-quality leads that converted faster and showed up to calls more prepared than with previous funnels. By pre-framing the value and filtering out unqualified leads, it shortened the sales cycle and positioned the brand as an authority, making every sales call more focused, confident, and effective.
